We at Wise Hair Extensions establishes a very high-quality control level. Our hair goes through a complex process to ensure that customers receive the highest level of quality outcome. All orders are investigated extensively before shipment. Ensuring that our customers are gratified is our primary objective.

Returns/Exchange Policy:  

Please be aware: Federal law declares that human hair products that have been used can not be returned and are prohibited. We comply with strict policies concerning federal legislation, hygiene, and health concerns.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Wise Hair before it is installed, within 3 days from the date you received your order, we will reimburse your refund as long as it is not opened, and the merchandise is still in its original state (bundles must not be removed from the weft, combed, colored, cut, dyed, washed, worn, altered, etc.). It must also be in the original packaging, and the elastic band must be in place. 

Customers will be asked to send pictures and a video of the hair by email to be approved for a refund. If the pictures or the video of the condition of the bundles are approved for a refund, a refund will be initiated.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

All Wigs are considered non-refundable.

All custom coloring sales are final.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wisehairs@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wisehairextensions@gmail.com.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Customized Wigs takes 7 business days for delivery

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out

It takes approximately 3-4 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing timeframe in the USA and Canda

International Shipping is 3-5 Business days depending on your location.

MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS  ARE THE SAME. IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE IT ON THE WEBSITE, AND ON THE PAYPAL SCREEN AFTER YOU  INPUT YOUR CARD INFORMATION, IF NOT IT WILL GET SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS!
